4. No Guarantees

5. AI-Generated Content Disclosure

In accordance with laws such as California AB-2013 and Colorado SB 24-205, we disclose that this Service uses artificial intelligence. Our betting analysis, rationales, and some website content are generated by a combination of human experts and proprietary AI systems. The AI assists in data processing, model creation, and content generation to identify potential value in betting markets. All official picks are reviewed and approved by human agents before release.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Genesis AI Empire and its licensors. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, download, repost, copy, or use said content, whether in whole or in part, for commercial purposes or for personal gain, without express advance written permission from us.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Sharp OG or Genesis AI Empire, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
